Burnished Chrome

Mist Morning over Chrome Hill | Derbyshire Peak District Photo
An interesting early start to the morning saw my trip out the Peak District interrupted by the police closing the road due to a car in the middle of the road on its roof. Strange, who rolls a car on what must be empty roads at 4.00 in the morning?
Having arrived at the foot of Chrome Hill at a new location for me I decided that it was probably too misty to get any good photographs. In the spirit of exploration I decided not to waste the early start and see if I could find the route to the view overlooking Chrome Hill and Parkhouse Hill for future reference.
I'm glad I did.
