Dawn on the Leash

Leash Fen, Derbyshire Peak District in late summer. I'd hoped to photograph some early morning ground mist and I was lucky to combine it with some of the sunrise colours which are a nice contrast to the dew laden grasses and heather. The cows were sheltering under the tree and as they decided not to move I included them in the composition rather than miss the shot.
